Caroline is the owner of Tails of Swale, they bought the site off Jerry Green dog rescue, in 2021, since then her and her husband (Henry) have worked hard to build the kennels to what they are today. Caroline is strong minded and has a massive heart, which is why she is so passionate about loving each dog that comes into the kennels as if they are her own.

Tia is the Manger of the Kennels, she’s been with us now for three years, previously working with another local kennel from a very early age. Tia has grown here and enjoys developing her skills. She would do anything to make sure that each and every dog at the kennels is looked after to their fullest. Tia brings motivation into the kennels, making sure that each day runs smoothly.

Liv has been with us from the start, when she was at university studying for equine and canine physiotherapy she would still help as much as she could as the kennels were newly opened. Liv brings energy into the kennels, running around playing with all of the dogs every day. She is the person we call if we are ever unsure on medical issues. Currently Liv is training to be a physiotherapist for dogs.

Hattie has been at the Kennels from the start, she was a weekend girl volunteering for her DofE, but quickly became a part of the team. Hattie has grown with the kennels, working hard each day to ensure that your dogs are getting the love they deserve. With her bubbly personality that she brings to the kennels, there’s never a boring day.

Eve started with us doing work placement for collage, but her initiative, level headedness, common sense and the want to learn, made her somebody that we wanted to join our team. Since then she has become a full time face around the kennels, making everyone smile on a daily basis.

Venetia works for us mainly during the morning shift on the weekdays. She’s been with us for a couple of years, and is great with groups of dogs. Her passion is working with reactive and anxious dogs, which she would like to expand on her knowledge in the future. Venetia runs her own dog walking business, in the afternoon, throughout the week.
