Boarding Routine

Our boarding routine is structured to ensure that every dog receives the appropriate care and attention they need during their stay. Upon arrival, our drop-off hours are convenient for pet owners, operating from 8 AM to 10 AM and 4 PM to 5:30 PM on weekdays, and 9 AM to 10 AM and 4 PM to 5 PM on weekends. Once the dogs are dropped off, we take them outside immediately so they can relieve themselves while we prepare their kennels for a comfortable stay.

To ensure that your dog feels at home, we request that you bring their regular food from home, making sure that all foods are labeled with their name and feeding instructions. This helps maintain their diet and routine, which is vital for their well-being. If you’d like, you can also bring their bed to provide them with a sense of familiarity. However, we do have beds available at our facility should you prefer not to bring one. After settling in, dogs are grouped with a maximum of 9 other boarders, allowing them to socialize and play together in a safe environment.

Throughout the day, each dog goes outside four times for approximately one hour each session, depending on the weather. This active schedule helps them expend energy and enjoy fresh air. We also ensure that there is an hour of rest after meals to prevent bloat, allowing dogs to digest their food comfortably. Their kennels are cleaned daily, providing a hygienic space for them to relax. We make sure they have access to fresh water at all times. For dogs with special feeding requirements, we can easily adhere to their specific feeding routine to ensure their unique needs are met. Our goal is to create a loving and supportive environment where your dog can thrive while you’re away.

Below is the form that we ask all customers to fill out initially and give to us before you bring your dog for boarding/daycare. Alongside this we ask that you bring an updated copy of your vaccination card, it’s a requirement that all dogs must have KENNEL COUGH vaccine before coming to the kennels.

Deposits are required for all overnight stays, we ask for a 20% deposit. These are non–negotiable and non–refundable.
